North South East West Mindfulness Education Center 
invites you to discover all that we have to offer. 
We are a nonprofit 501 c 3 mindfulness and meditation center, providing counseling and education
in the field of health improvement and stress reduction. We provide mindfulness opportunities to the community 
of Redlands and surrounding regions. In 2012, we started providing services at our downtown Redlands, 
CA location. We have just added a profit making thrift shop called Hobos Lullaby to our Family.  
All proceeds from the thrift shop go to support NSEW MEC.
